How to Insert a Diagram into an OpenDocs Page

Creating and inserting a diagram is a straightforward process:

  1. Open Visual Paradigm OpenDocs.
  2. Create a new page or open an existing page.
  3. Click Edit at the top right of the page.

  7. Browse the available diagram types or search for a specific type using the search field.

  8. Move the pointer over the desired diagram type and click Create Blank.

  9. Use the online diagram editor to create your diagram. Drag symbols from the diagram palette, connect shapes, and edit shape or connector properties using the properties pane.

  10. When you finish editing, click Save at the top right of the diagram editor.

    Save the diagram changes.

  11. Click Close to return to your OpenDocs page.
  12. The diagram will be inserted automatically at the cursor position on the OpenDocs page.
