The newly added Hierarchical Queries tool is a structured extraction engine designed to output precise JSON representations of nested model hierarchies.

Nested Target Filtering: Set multi-level conditions across Projects, Diagrams, Diagram Elements, and Sub-Elements (such as attributes, operations, and tags).
Custom Property Filtering: Choose exact metadata fields to include or exclude, giving you total control over property visibility.
Structured JSON Output: Automatically generates clean JSON following a strict path: Project → Diagram → Diagram Element → Properties/Sub-Elements.
