For Visual Paradigm Online Users:
Simply navigate to the Agile Retrospective Planner to get started.
For Visual Paradigm (Desktop) Users:
Select Tools > App from the application menu, then click on “Agile Retrospective Planner” from the list.
Once inside the app, your workflow is straightforward:
- Click the “AI Experiment” button in the header.
- In the modal, describe your high-level retrospective goal.
- Click “Generate Plan” and let the AI build out your entire 4-step framework.
